Online Panel Research


Marketing Science started online panel research in 2005 using a variety of market research software suites, all of which integrates panel management, project management, mixed-mode data collection, data processing, analysis and reporting into a single solution enabling clients to more efficiently conduct fast, effective and inexpensive market research.

The data is integrated in near-real time and the current status of the project is available to clients via the web 24/7.

In 2009 a separate company was formed to deal with all our online and panel activities. Panel Services Africa works with clients who wish to run their own consumer and CRM panels, as well as with market research companies who offer consumer panel survey services. We also offer support and training to these organisations, in addition to the use of one or more of the our panels and software platforms. Panel Research Africa does not design research, nor interpret and report on results – we restrict ourselves to our core competency – facilitating the application of panel methodology.
